Autoblow Device Token: How to Find and Use It

By Autoblow EU· Last updated 15 giugno 2026

The Autoblow device token is a short unique code your machine generates the first time it connects to Wi-Fi. You type it into the web app once to pair them. After that, the token stays in the menu if you ever need to check it again. Think of it less like a setup step and more like a house key: keep it safe, share it only when you mean to, and revoke access when you are done.

Autoblow device token: what it actually is

When you connect your Autoblow AI Ultra to Wi-Fi for the first time, the machine generates a short alphanumeric code and shows it on screen. That code is the device token.

Its job is simple: it links your physical device to your online account in the web app. Without it, the app has no way to know which machine to talk to. With it, you unlock everything that makes the device more than a standalone toy:

  • The free film library (hundreds of scenes, no subscription)
  • Video sync, so the motion matches what is on screen
  • AI companions and AI-driven rhythm modes
  • Remote control, whether your partner is in the next room or abroad

The token is generated once per device and does not change unless you do a full factory reset. That makes it a stable identifier, which is also why you should treat it with a little care.

Where to find your Autoblow device token

There are two moments you will see the token:

During initial Wi-Fi setup

After the device connects to your home network for the first time, it displays the token on screen automatically. This is the easiest moment to note it down. If you skipped past it or the screen timed out, do not worry, it is not gone.

From the device menu afterwards

The token lives in the settings menu of your Autoblow for as long as the device is registered. The exact path depends on which firmware version you have, but the general route is:

  1. 1From the main screen, open Settings or Device Info.
  2. 2Look for Token, Device Token or Connection Info.
  3. 3The full token appears there. It is the same code from setup.

If your firmware uses different wording, look for anything under Wi-Fi or online settings. The token will be a string of letters and numbers, usually 8 to 16 characters.

Quick reference by device:

DeviceToken location
Autoblow AI UltraSettings > Device Info > Token
VacuGlide 2Settings > Connection > Device Token

Firmware updates occasionally reorganise menus, so if a path above does not match exactly, look one level up or down.

How to use the device token to pair with the web app

Found the token? Here is how to use it.

  1. 1On your phone, tablet or laptop, open the Autoblow web app in a browser.
  2. 2Sign in or create a free account if you have not already.
  3. 3Look for Add Device, Connect a Device or Enter Token in the app menu.
  4. 4Type the token exactly as the machine shows it. No spaces, exact capitalisation.
  5. 5Confirm, and the app links to your device.

Common typing mistakes to watch for:

  • `0` (zero) versus `O` (letter O)
  • `1` (one) versus `l` (lowercase L) or `I` (uppercase i)
  • `5` versus `S` in some display fonts

Once paired, you do not type the token again. The app remembers the link. If you ever get a new phone or clear your browser data, you just go back to the device menu, grab the token and re-enter it. Five seconds, not five minutes.

Lost or forgotten your device token? Here is what to do

Losing the token is not as bad as it sounds. A few scenarios and how to handle each:

You missed it during setup and have not opened the device menu yet

Go straight to Settings > Device Info on the Autoblow. The token is there. You did not miss your chance.

You cannot find it in the menus

Try a soft restart first (hold the power button to switch off, then back on). On some firmware versions the token only appears after the device confirms it is still connected to Wi-Fi. If the device lost its Wi-Fi connection, reconnect it first and then check the token menu again.

The device has been factory reset

A full reset generates a new token. You will need to go through the Wi-Fi setup again, get the new token, and re-enter it in the web app. The old token is invalidated automatically, so there is no security concern there.

None of the above works

Our EU support team is reachable in 10 languages and responds fast. Orders ship from the Netherlands, and support is handled by the same EU-based team. You are not waiting on a time zone eight hours away. Reach out and we will sort it.

While you are here: if remote control is what you are setting this up for, the guide on Autoblow remote control covers that flow in full.

Token security: why it matters and how to handle it sensibly

The device token is the only thing standing between your Autoblow and someone else controlling it remotely. That sounds dramatic, but the practical implication is straightforward: treat the token like a password.

Four simple habits:

  • Write it down somewhere private, not in a shared notes app or a chat thread.
  • Do not share it in screenshots unless you are actively setting up a remote session with someone you trust.
  • Revoke remote access after a session ends rather than leaving it open indefinitely. The web app has a disconnect option for exactly this.
  • Use your own private Wi-Fi. A device on a shared or public network is theoretically reachable by others on that network.

On the shopping and shipping side: your order from autoblow.shop arrives in a plain, unbranded box, and the charge on your bank statement uses a neutral name. The discretion starts at checkout and carries through to the device itself.

What happens if someone else gets my token?

If you suspect a token has been compromised, a factory reset on the device generates a fresh one, immediately invalidating the old. The attacker loses access the moment the reset completes.

Revoking access: how to disconnect a paired session

Revoking access is something people overlook until they wish they had not. The options:

  • In the web app: navigate to your account settings, find the connected device or active session, and use the disconnect or revoke option.
  • On the device itself: you can disconnect the paired account via the same Settings > Connection menu where the token lives. This does not erase the token; it just ends the current authorised session.
  • Full factory reset: this invalidates the token entirely and disconnects everything. Use it if you are passing the device on, selling it, or after any security concern.

For day-to-day remote sessions (say, handing control to a partner for the evening), the in-app disconnect after the session is the cleanest option. No need to reset the whole device every time.

One note worth knowing: a factory reset does not affect your warranty status on an Autoblow bought from autoblow.shop. It is a standard user operation, not damage.

AI Ultra and VacuGlide 2: any differences in how the token works?

Functionally, no. Both the AI Ultra and the VacuGlide 2 use the same token system, the same web app and the same pairing flow. The token appears in the same kind of settings menu on both devices, and you enter it in the same place in the app.

The one practical difference is menu depth. The VacuGlide 2 puts the token a level or two deeper in its settings because it has more connection-related options (it also handles vacuum cap controls and suction modes that the AI Ultra does not). If you are hunting for the token on the VacuGlide 2 and cannot find it on the first try, check under Connection rather than Device Info.

Everything else, including what you unlock with the token, is identical across both machines. If you are still deciding which device to buy, the product pages cover the full specs: Autoblow AI Ultra or the accessories page for compatible add-ons.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Autoblow device token?+

The device token is a short unique code your Autoblow generates when it first connects to Wi-Fi. You type it into the Autoblow web app once to link the physical machine to your online account. After pairing, the token stays saved in the device menu in case you need it again.

Where do I find my Autoblow device token?+

The token appears on screen automatically right after the device connects to Wi-Fi for the first time. After that, you can always find it again in the device's settings menu under Device Info or Connection. On the AI Ultra: Settings > Device Info > Token. On the VacuGlide 2: Settings > Connection > Device Token.

I missed the device token during setup. What now?+

No problem. Open the Autoblow's settings menu and look for Device Info or Connection. The token is stored there and you can view it any time the device is switched on and connected to Wi-Fi. If you do not see it, try reconnecting to Wi-Fi first.

How do I use the device token to connect to the web app?+

Open the Autoblow web app in a browser, sign in, and look for Add Device or Enter Token. Type the token exactly as shown on the device (watch out for zero vs O, and one vs lowercase L). Confirm and the app links to your machine. You only do this once.

Can I reset my Autoblow device token?+

Yes, but only via a full factory reset. A factory reset wipes the device back to its out-of-box state and generates a new token. The old token is invalidated immediately. After the reset you need to reconnect to Wi-Fi and re-enter the new token in the web app.

Is the device token the same on the AI Ultra and the VacuGlide 2?+

The token system works the same way on both devices. The menus are organised slightly differently (VacuGlide 2 puts it under Connection, AI Ultra under Device Info), but the token itself and how you use it in the web app are identical.

Is it safe to share my device token?+

Treat the token like a password. Anyone who has it can connect to your device via the web app and control it remotely. Only share it with someone you are actively setting up a remote session with, and revoke access via the app when the session ends.

What happens if I lose my device token?+

If it is not in the device menu (which is rare), a soft restart usually brings it back. If the device was factory reset, a new token is generated automatically during the fresh Wi-Fi setup. If you are still stuck, contact our EU support team and we will walk you through it.
